 For me, I dealt with fear a bit...differently.
I grew up with so much fear all around me that, at a very young age, I determined that if you even acknowledged the fear, it would take over and bring EVERYTHING tumbling down.
So I decided fear didn't exist. Like Glinda the Good Witch from The Wizard of Oz, I decided that no matter what was going on around me, I could make the world a beautiful place. Little did I know that at the age of five, I had taken "affirmations" to the extreme!
This habit provided me the freedom to do amazing things that I wouldn't have done in a million years... had I allowed fear in.

Partnering with and holding my own alongside leading thought leaders including; Mark Victor Hansen, Michael Beckwith, Joe Sugarman, Wally Amos, water scientist Dr. Emoto, Vice President Al Gore, and many others.
This "see no evil" approach seemed to serve me in the short run for almost anything that came my way...EXCEPT THAT....
I never could understand why I would break down in unexplainable and debilitating sadness every three months—like clockwork. PLUS, I could never sustain the success that these situations provided me—'flow" was never consistent.

When I incorporated my business in 1991, I held my breath and jumped into it with both eyes closed, believing with my heart that I could do anything and help anyone. And even with a profound sense of optimism, I would find myself frozen from indecision every three months or so. I had no reliable way to unstick myself.
Instead, I was at the mercy of a cycle of negative emotions. When those emotions wanted me, they got me; and when they got me, I had no choice but to let them work themselves out on their own time table. And when those emotions subsided, I could eventually get myself back on track again. But I hesitantly had to figure out what the next step was going to be. This often resulted in loss of time, loss of opportunity, loss of revenue, and even loss of belief.
I rode the highs of blind ambition and the lows of "uh-oh what did I just do"?!

Each time I hit the fear wall, I beat myself up behind closed doors, questioned myself and, even worse, lost faith in the only real thing I could count on—myself.
I realized I had to stop the insanity so that entrepreneurs like me, could actually make the millions they wanted.
I saw this happening in my clients as well; they started off developing their business brand with great gusto, excitement and hope—only to slow down, falter and implode once their vision became big and success was right around the corner.
Something had to change and change fast...if I was really going to steps to create a business (and a life) of their dreams—one that they could believe in, be proud of, and rely on.
